Wah Au has a diverse background with experiences in various roles such as Project Manager, Marketing Manager, and Programme Manager. Wah Au is currently the Senior Digital Transformation Coordinator at The Social Mobility Foundation, where Wah has successfully implemented new student application services. Wah is also the Aspiring Professionals Programme Coordinator and Sector Lead for Engineering & Physics. Additionally, Wah Au is the Director & Trustee at Chinese Community Centre (Birmingham) and has experience in fundraising and project coordination. Wah Au holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management from Aston University.

We unlock potential, broaden horizons and create opportunities, with and for ambitious young people who face structural barriers in education and work because of their socioeconomic background. We create more social mobility through our three interventions: - Directly supporting young people: We nurture the knowledge, confidence and networks of high-achieving young people through our programmes. - Influencing employers: We influence employers to ensure people people with potential can get in and get on in professional life. - Advocating for social mobility: We campaign on structural social mobility issues and amplify the voices of young people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.
