Maxime Frohn is currently employed as an F1 Energy Recovery System Test Junior Engineer at Alpine since September 2023, where responsibilities include running ERS test benches for motorsport applications and drafting test requests. Previously, Frohn served as an F1 Power Unit Performance Junior Engineer, focusing on simulation tools and hybrid energy optimization. Experience also includes a role as a Mecatronics Design Engineer at Garrett - Advancing Motion, where design of an electric machine for motorsport was a key task, and at ArianeGroup, developing an electromechanical device for lunar missions. Prior positions encompass quality management in a Junior Enterprise context, as well as a Technical Agent in the brewery sector. Maxime Frohn holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ENSEEIHT and is currently pursuing an Engineer's degree in Automotive Engineering at IFP School.
