Aurélia Maero is a Creative Team Lead at The Source since November 2020, overseeing a team of six Creative Strategists and managing projects as a Senior Creative Strategist. Previous roles include managing a team of Creative Producers at The Source and contributing strategic and creative recommendations in various campaigns. Aurélia's experience also encompasses event project management at NRJ Global Régions where responsibilities included client recommendations and coordination of external providers, as well as operational marketing at Solar Games S.A.S., focusing on communication, social media, and client relations. Educated at SUP'DE COM, Aurélia holds a Master's degree in Strategic and Digital Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, alongside a BTS in Communication and a Scientific Baccalauréat.
