Kory Lyles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and healthcare. As a Candidate Manager at The Sourcery since October 2012, Kory has honed skills in recruitment and candidate selection. Prior to this role, Kory served as a Team Lead at OptumHealth from January 2011 to August 2012. Kory also gained valuable experience as a Hospital Administration Intern at OSF St Mary Medical Center in June 2009 and as a Research Assistant at the American Institutes for Research in summer 2007. Kory holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Neuroscience from Knox College.
