Michael Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic finance. Currently serving as a Consultant at The Spartan Group since February 2024, Michael previously held the position of Head of Corporate Development at Swyftx from May 2021 to September 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Morgan Stanley as Managing Director and Head of Energy M&A for the Americas, following a role as Associate - Executive Director. Michael began a career in law as a Senior Associate at Clayton Utz Lawyers from 2000 to 2004 and briefly worked as a Regulatory and Finance Consultant at Swyftx in 2021. Academically, Michael holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and an LLB from the University of Sydney.
