Mark Spawn

Mark Spawn is an experienced and accomplished individual in the fields of law enforcement, television production, and consulting. As the CEO of The Spawn Group, LLC, Mark consults on a variety of projects and produces audio and video products for the law enforcement community. Mark also serves as the Producer/Host of APB Cold Case, a show that delves into solved and unsolved cases. Additionally, Mark works as an Executive Producer at Blue Legacy TV, where Mark and their wife are producing a documentary series called Blue Legacy: The Stories Behind The Badge. With a background as Chief of Police at the Fulton Police Department and as Director of Research, Development, and Training at NYS Assn. of Chiefs of Police, Mark brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their various roles.
