Siva Santhakumar

Siva Santhakumar is a seasoned IT professional specializing in storage engineering and management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently, Siva serves as a Senior Storage (Backup) Engineer at The Star Entertainment Group since March 2020. Previously, Siva held the position of Cloud Storage Engineer at IBM, where responsibilities included supporting a major bank's virtual infrastructure. Prior to that role, Siva worked at Accenture as a Senior Storage Engineer, focusing on a variety of storage platforms and security aspects. Siva’s early career included positions as a Senior Unix Specialist at Stepstop Pty Ltd and Hansen Technologies, where foundational skills in Unix environments were developed. Siva holds an Associate Diploma in Commercial Data Processing from TAFE NSW and has a background in managing diverse technological platforms.
