Christa Grant, Ed.D, serves as the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Inclusive Excellence at The State University of New York since September 2023. Previously, Christa held the position of Director of Staff Learning at Year Up, where responsibilities included enhancing onboarding experiences with a DEIB focus and managing training initiatives. Christa's extensive background includes roles at Siena College as the Director of the Damietta Cross-Cultural Center and Adjunct Faculty, where Christa co-founded the Intergroup Relations program. Additionally, Christa has experience in DEI leadership at Union College and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Educationally, Christa obtained a Doctorate in Education from Northeastern University, a Master's from The College of Saint Rose, and a Bachelor's from the University at Buffalo.
