Marly Derisma

Marly Derisma is an experienced professional currently serving as Team Lead for the Search Coordination Department at Stevenson Search Partners since November 2016. In this role, Marly liaises with the COO and cross-functional managers to establish best practices and create a Center of Excellence for the firm, while also providing project-specific support to clients and candidates. Prior to this position, Marly served in various roles, including Senior Search Coordinator and Search Coordinator at IQPC from December 2014 to August 2016, and held marketing and hospitality positions including Marketing Manager and Hostess. Marly holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management and Event Management from Johnson & Wales University, completed in 2014.
