Sam Davis is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for Customer Experience at the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business, Sam has previously held significant roles such as Vice President of Operations at ARKA Group, where a major transformation into a Modern Software Factory was achieved. Prior experience includes directing supply chain and subcontract management at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, integrating operations from the acquisition of SEAKR Engineering LLC. Sam also managed supply chain operations for NASA's Orion Program at Arcata Associates, overseeing a global network of suppliers and briefed congressional leaders on project milestones. Early career experiences at CH2MHILL provided a foundation in contract administration and procurement. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
