Jon Spears

Jon Spears possesses extensive experience in IT management and development, with a current position as IT Senior Manager at The SYGMA Network since November 2016. At Ashland Inc., where Jon has worked since 1999, key roles include Global ERP SAP BW/BI Development Group Manager, overseeing a global team for business intelligence strategies, and Global ERP SAP ABAP Development Group Manager, leading substantial development organizations focused on SAP ERP solutions. Additionally, Jon served as Enterprise Integration Development Group Manager and Technical Lead, directing the strategic development of enterprise application integration. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, as well as an Associate of Science in Computer Technology from Franklin University.
