Leah founded Nelson Leadership Inc. in May 2004 and serves as an Independent Affiliate for The Table Group since August 2020. As an Affiliate for CAPA PRO and TLP Director, Executive Coach, and Business Consultant at Townsend Leadership Group, Leah demonstrates a commitment to enhancing leadership skills across organizations. Additionally, Leah has been self-employed as a Leadership Coach and Executive Trainer since October 2003 and has contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University Irvine since January 2018. Leah's professional background includes serving as a Naval Leadership Facilitator and Helicopter Pilot in the US Navy from June 1995 to October 2003. Leah holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Huntington University and was educated at the United States Naval Academy.
