Barbara Wagner

Barbara Wagner currently serves as Brand President at Talbots, a role held since February 2019, after previously holding positions such as Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer. With extensive experience in retail merchandising, Barbara played a key role in driving 20% year-over-year growth as Vice President of Omni-Channel Merchandising at Duluth Trading Company from August 2014 to February 2019. Earlier in Barbara's career, important leadership roles included Vice President of Divisional Merchandise Manager at Kohl's, and Vice President for various women's categories, including Contemporary and Active, at Kohl's Department Stores. Additional experience includes significant positions at Lands' End, Ann Taylor LOFT, and Gap Inc. Barbara earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Trinity Washington University between 1985 and 1989.
