Sameera Khan

Sameera Khan is a seasoned professional in People Success, currently serving as VP and Head of People Success at inFeedo since November 2018. During this tenure, Sameera has successfully hired over 100 team members across functions, established hiring processes, and managed various aspects of People Operations, including payroll and engagement strategies. Sameera has also been instrumental in launching a new HRMS and facilitating transitions to remote work during COVID. In addition to inFeedo, Sameera holds advisory roles at Antler and is part of the founding team at The Talent Deck, actively building a community of People Leaders in India. Previous experience includes roles at HackerEarth and Headout, as well as an early foundation as an HR intern at rtCamp. Sameera Khan holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Modern Education Society's Nowrosjee Wadia College.
