Stephanie Richards

Stephanie Richards is a founding partner at BrightView Global, a boutique advisory firm specializing in innovation ecosystems since 2012. As an Innovation Ecosystem Advisor with Lamarka, Richards focuses on accelerating and bridging international startup ecosystems. At Cambridge Judge Business School, Richards serves as a supervisor and mentor, guiding postgraduate researchers in entrepreneurial endeavors. As a founding member of Founders at the University of Cambridge, Richards supports research-rich startups. Currently a venture partner at The Tech Bros, Richards advises all-female, all-technical founding teams in advanced fields. With extensive experience as a strategist, advisor, and investor in various startups, Richards also held roles with 500 Global and iGan Partners, focusing on global innovation policies and ecosystem development in healthcare. Additionally, as a council member for GLG and a mentor with CAPADEV LLP, Richards engages in projects that address contemporary challenges in entrepreneurship and economic development. Stephanie Richards holds multiple degrees from the University of Cambridge and Trinity College Cambridge.
