Niamh Flanagan

Niamh Flanagan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the media industry. Currently serving as Head of Corporate Legal at The Telegraph since October 2022, Niamh previously held the position of Deputy General Counsel: Commercial Legal at The Guardian Newspaper from January 2020 to October 2022. Prior to this, Niamh worked as an In-house Senior Digital Lawyer at Channel 4 and as a Senior Business and Legal Executive at Lion Television/All3 Media, specializing in legal and commercial aspects of television production, including intellectual property and contract law. Niamh's career also includes roles as Assistant Solicitor at Davenport Lyons and Associate Intellectual Property Solicitor at DFMG Solicitors, with a brief sabbatical as a fashion designer at Niamh Flanagan Millinery Limited in 2008.
