Markus Hintz's work experience began in 1990 as the Director of TonArt Musikproduktion, where they provided audio production services and project management. Markus also started their own business, MediArte GmbH, in 1996, which later became the European distributor for various digital audio and video workstations and tools. In 1999, they became the Managing Director of DVD Produktions GmbH, offering DVD-Audio and DVD-Video production services.
