Ryan Wilkins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network engineering and software development. Currently serving as a Software Engineer II at Telos Alliance since February 2023, Ryan has transitioned from a decade-long contract role to a full-time position, contributing to multiple products and engaging in DevOps and Security functions. As the President of Elevated Networks LLC since December 2010, Ryan has spearheaded network engineering and consulting services, supporting various contracts, including the design of an Internet Service Provider and providing RF systems support. Prior experiences include lead roles at MorganFranklin Corporation, where Ryan managed complex satellite communication systems, and positions at Infinite Global Infrastructures, Alltel Information Services, and Exchange Network Services, demonstrating a comprehensive background in telecommunications and network operations. Ryan studied at Cuyahoga Community College between 2004 and 2006.
