Amanda Bennett

Amanda Bennett has extensive experience in quality management and process improvement within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Manager of Global Quality Americas at The Timken Company since July 2006, Amanda oversees the execution of the Quality Management System, ensuring ISO 9000 compliance and managing metrology equipment and personnel, while effectively resolving customer issues through structured problem-solving methodologies. Previous roles at Timken included Lean Manager and Manufacturing Process Engineer, where Amanda led Lean transformations and focused on process improvements. Earlier experience includes industrial engineering at GE Energy and mechanical engineering at Honeywell Aerospace, complemented by a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
