Previously, Mylinda held the position of Training Manager at SEPHORA, and at Swarovski, progressed through various roles including Head of Retail Academy for the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, where responsibilities included team leadership and the implementation of training solutions. Mylinda also has a background in the performing arts, being an accomplished freelance opera singer and voice coach, with a Bachelor of Music (Performance) from the University of Melbourne and additional qualifications in Training Design and Development.
