Cheriene Ward

Cheriene Ward is an experienced professional in talent and development, currently serving as the Talent and Development Manager at Troy since May 2022. Previously, Cheriene held the position of Learning and Personal Development Manager at Medstrom from April 2021 to July 2022, and Training Manager at the University Partnerships Programme from July 2017 to October 2020. Additionally, Cheriene worked as an L&D Consultant from February 2016 to July 2017 and as the Group Training & Development Manager at Laidlaw Interiors Group from January 2013 to February 2016. Cheriene’s career began as a Training Manager at Marshalls, where tenure lasted from January 2002 to June 2012. Cheriene earned an MA in L&D Management from The University of Huddersfield between 2008 and 2011.
