Brian is Assistant Vice President, Research-Evaluation-Learning at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. In this role, In this role he collaborates with the vice president for REL in leading a team dedicated to understanding and measuring the key health and health care issues that are part of the Foundation’s strategy, as well as assessing the Foundation’s organizational performance. Quinn works with the vice president on the team’s strategic and tactical decisions and oversees its daily operations. He also ensures that the Foundation’s 40 years of research and evaluation initiatives, which have been integral to its success and have informed the field of philanthropy as a whole, receive widespread dissemination. Quinn holds a PhD in health services and policy analysis from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in economics from Colby College in Maine. His training includes a certificate of study from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
