The Trust for Public Land
Charles (Chad) Wright was born and raised in Atlanta and earned a degree in Biology from the University of Richmond and a Masters in Environmental Management from Duke University. Upon graduating, he worked as a staff scientist for Law Engineering and Environmental Services and as a partner in a variety of development projects.
In 2010, he joined the site and environmental contracting company Georgia Development Partners (GDP) as a Vice President where he helped lead the Water Quality Division as well as identify new market opportunities for the company. While there, he obtained Level II Certification in Rosgen Natural Stream Channel Design. He currently serves as Managing Partner of GDP Holdings, a development company that shares synergies with GDP.
