Jerry Flach

Jerry Flach MBA, PMP is a Community Development Project Management Professional furthering community investments through her current role as VP, Corporate Social Responsibility and CRA Officer for the NJ Region at Valley, an innovative regional bank. Her career spans financial services and nonprofit organizations including with the Habitat for Humanity where she led their green building and neighborhood revitalization programs. Jerry also teaches classes in project and nonprofit management at William Paterson University’s School of Continuing and Professional Education. Fully engaged in her community, Jerry Chairs her town’s Sustainable Jersey Green Team, serves as a Commissioner with the Manchester Utility Authority and with the local Planning Board. In her also volunteer role as a Soil Conservation District Supervisor for the Hudson, Essex, Passaic District, she advocates for soil health and urban sustainability.
