Kyle Barnett is Head of Corporate Strategy and Enterprise Transformation for BMO. In this role, Kyle shapes and drives enterprise strategy and supports the development of integrated group and function strategies and transformation initiatives designed to deliver on BMO’s strategic and financial goals.
Prior to this role, Kyle was Chief Operating Officer for BMO U.S. Personal and Business Banking. He has more than 20 years of experience with strategic planning, motivating teams and leading change.
Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College and earned his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He is on the board of the Metropolitan Planning Council of Chicago, the Chicago advisory board for The Trust for Public Land, and the advisory council for NOLS, the National Outdoor Leadership School. He enjoys nature travel, skiing and CrossFit.
