Marco Abbruzzese is Regional Managing Director and Senior Vice President for the Washington and Alaska markets of the Wells Fargo Private Bank. Mr. Abbruzzese leads an exceptional team of professionals who provide investment, trust, private banking, and wealth planning services to wealthy families, business owners and corporate executives throughout the region. Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2007, Mr. Abbruzzese worked at Citigroup, Chase Manhattan, and co-founded a global macro hedge fund, Ulysses Capital Advisors, based in Geneva, Switzerland. A native of Oregon, he has had the good fortune of working with wealthy families and business owners throughout the United States, Latin America, and Europe for over 25 years. Mr. Abbruzzese earned a master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs with a specialization in International Political Economy and a Bachelor of Arts from Lewis & Clark College. Outside of wealth management, he has had a passion for supporting a variety of community issues including education, the arts, the environment, and homelessness and in addition to his role with the Trust for Public Land, he serves as Trustee of the Seattle Symphony Orchestra and is a member of the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business Global Business Advisory Board. Mr. Abbruzzese is the executive sponsor for Wells Fargo’s Washington’s Green Team, promoting conservation and environmental stewardship within the firm and the community.
