The Trust for Public Land
Race Randle serves as Executive Vice President and Head of Retail & Place for Lendlease Americas. In this role, Race is responsible for developing and implementing the strategy and business plan for Lendlease’s Integrated Ground Plane across various districts in Silicon Valley, California. Prior to his current role, Race oversaw the planning and redevelopment efforts of Ward Village, a 60-acre urban master planned community in Kaka’ako and managed the development of master planned communities in Hawaii for Forest City and Castle & Cooke Homes. He has served on the boards of the YMCA of Honolulu, Hawaii’s High Technology Development Corporation, and The Hawaii Architectural Foundation. Race also served on the management committee for the Hawaii chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
Race is a lifelong Hawaii resident who holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo.
