It all started with an idea, a conversation and a few handfuls of animal crackers in 1998.  Today, we are known as The Tryst Trading Company.  We are a restaurant group based in Washington, DC. with several neighborhood restaurants, cafes and a catering company.  Our goals are to support local initiatives and create community gathering places for anyone and everyone.
