Michaela Browning

Michaela Browning currently serves as a Board Member for the US-ASEAN Business Council and as Chief Executive Officer for Asia Pacific at Brunswick Group. Michaela holds several non-executive director roles at Asia Society Australia and the Australia Japan Business Co-operation Committee, alongside membership in the APEC Business Advisory Council. Previous experience includes a position as Vice President of Government and Public Policy for Asia Pacific at Google and extensive roles within the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, including CEO of the National Foundation for Australia China Relations and Consul General to Hong Kong and Macau SAR. Michaela also contributed as Assistant Director General for Afghanistan Pakistan at AusAID. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Foreign Affairs and Trade and a Bachelor's (Hons) Degree in Economics Politics, both from Monash University, along with completion of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
