Carolina Quintero

Carolina Quintero is a dedicated community engagement specialist with a focus on food security program at The Unity Council since February 2023. Carolina has previously gained diverse experience as a Vaccine Site Specialist with Color, where registration and patient guidance in English and Spanish were key responsibilities. Carolina's background also includes roles at Sorenson Vision, serving as a medical assistant and ophthalmic tester, and at The Unity Council as a COVID-19 Community Ambassador, where community engagement and vaccine education were emphasized. Additionally, Carolina contributed to the SEPAL initiative at San Francisco State University, promoting underrepresented scientists through the Scientist Spotlight website. Carolina holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a concentration in Physiology and a Minor in Holistic Health from San Francisco State University, completed in 2021.
