Cuauhtemoc Salinas Martell, MSW, currently serves as the Housing and Financial Services Manager at The Unity Council, where responsibilities include monitoring service quality and developing economic mobility interventions. Previous experience includes roles as Housing Program Manager at Bay Area Community Services, overseeing contract compliance and staff supervision, and Talent Acquisition Lead for VC-backed startups, focusing on innovative sourcing strategies.
