THE UNITY COUNCIL
Kalette C. serves as the Youth Workforce Development Manager at The Unity Council, having advanced from roles including Youth Career Services Coordinator and Youth Career and Engagement Coach since September 2021. Expertise includes leading the Youth Career Services Team, implementing data evaluation tools, and cultivating community partnerships to empower marginalized youth. Prior experience encompasses teaching at Arthur Murray Dance Studio, providing therapeutic services at La Cheim School, and engaging in civic programs with AmeriCorps VISTA. Kalette C. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, East Bay, with extensive involvement in research and community service initiatives throughout the academic career.
