The University Guide Service
The University Guide Service (UGS) is a volunteer tour-giving organization run entirely by students that provides both admissions and historical tours of the University of Virginia. Our goal is to provide cohesive, engaging, and accurate tours to prospective students, current students, and all those interested in learning more about our University. There are no scripts for our tours, and we encourage our Guides to share the stories about which they are most passionate, making each tour unique. We encourage you to consult our website, www.uvaguides.org, to see the types of tours we offer, check tour times and availability, evaluate a guide, or learn more about joining UGS. We look forward to your visit!
