Emma Kate Henry

Emma Kate Henry is an experienced academic and research professional currently serving as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at The University of Alabama since August 2022. In addition to this role, Emma holds a position as a Research Assistant at Owen Vocational Services from March 2019 to the present and previously worked as a Faculty Scholar Research Assistant at The University of Alabama from September 2021 to May 2022. Emma also completed an internship in Sales Enablement at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. during the summer of 2021. Emma's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics expected by May 2027, a Master of Arts (MA) in Economics obtained in May 2022, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics completed in May 2022, all from The University of Alabama. Additionally, Emma has attended the University of St Andrews and William & Mary, where identical Bachelor's degrees were pursued.
