Candyce Kelshall is a seasoned professional in intelligence and security studies with significant leadership roles, including Vice Chair of the Canadian Intelligence Network and Founder/Director of the Canadian Centre for Identity-Based Conflict. Kelshall serves as a lecturer at the Justice Institute of British Columbia and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Buckingham, focusing on advanced analytical techniques and terrorism.
