Gerlinde Achenbach FCCT is an experienced leadership and DEIB consultant currently serving as a Leadership and DEIB Consultant at GAEd and a Lead Reviewer at Challenge Partners. Since May 2024, Gerlinde has taken on roles as an Associate Coach with both Destino Coaching and OLEVI INTERNATIONAL LTD, focusing on executive leadership coaching. Additional engagements include consulting and training with The Kite Trust and tutoring for ITT and BA (Hons) Primary Education at the University of Buckingham. Previously, Gerlinde worked as an EDI Consultant for Pride in EDI and Educate & Celebrate, specializing in primary and EYFS settings. Gerlinde's extensive background in education includes leadership positions as Headteacher and Deputy Head Teacher in the Brindishe Schools. Educational qualifications include degrees from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society and Goldsmiths, University of London, along with accreditation in educational leadership and coaching.
