Amanda McCullough

Amanda McCullough is an experienced Senior VOIP Engineer currently working at the University of Chicago since November 2020. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Engineer at Insight from April 2016 to June 2020, where Amanda worked on ECE project redundancy and Calabrio upgrades. From July 2007 to April 2016, Amanda held the position of Lead VOIP Engineer at Northwestern Medicine, managing 24/7 on-call support for two hospitals and over 30 remote sites, while implementing more than 120 call centers and supporting UCCX call centers. Earlier, from May 1990 to July 2007, Amanda was a Voice Engineer at the College of American Pathologists, leading the technical efforts for a VOIP conversion that transitioned over 400 users from Avaya PBX to Cisco Unified Call Manager.
