Cordell Jeremy Payne

Cordell Jeremy Payne possesses extensive experience in guest services, facilities management, and educational support. Currently serving as a Guest Services Front Desk representative at Hyatt Place since September 2021, Cordell enhances guest experiences through empathetic engagement and conflict resolution. In parallel, Cordell has been an Assistant Facilities Manager for the Athletic Department at the University of Chicago since September 2015. As an Academic Tutor since July 2016 at Varsity Tutors, Cordell provides individualized instruction and develops learning methods to support student academic progress.
