Jessica Sydnor, MBA, PHR, currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at the University of Chicago, where responsibilities include overseeing all Library HR functions, managing a team of HR professionals, and implementing organizational development strategies. With substantial experience in human resources, management, and operational analysis, Jessica has previously held positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, IES Abroad, and Youth Guidance, where expertise in employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy implementation was demonstrated.
