Lisa Rosen

Lisa Rosen serves as the Associate Director and Associate Senior Instructional Professor in the Committee on Education at the University of Chicago, while also holding the position of Executive Director of the UChicago Science of Learning Center. Responsibilities encompass providing strategic direction for the Center, overseeing key initiatives, and fostering collaborations among various stakeholders to improve learning outcomes. Prior to the current roles, Lisa held the position of Research Program Director for the Successful Pathways from School to Work initiative, managing a significant grant program and developing strategic partnerships. With a background in research and academia, Lisa has contributed to the field of education through various roles, including as a Research Associate at the University of Chicago Urban Education Institute, where research focused on urban school improvement and organizational change. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Cultural Anthropology from UC San Diego.
