Previously, Kris held the position of Chief Human Resources & Communications Officer, SVP, Asia at Sun Life, and served as Asia Pacific Human Resources Vice President at Vertiv. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Director - North Asia Food & Shared Services at Dairy Farm Group and Global Head of Human Resources at C&A, where Kris led the Sourcing Human Resources Function globally. Kris began a career at Procter & Gamble as Associate Director Human Resources from 1996 to 2013. Kris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
