Sara Ring has over 30 years of experience in financial and development services, currently serving as Financial Services Manager and previously in roles such as Associate Director, Stewardship Programs and Associate Director of Development at the University of Iowa Center for Advancement since July 2014. Prior to this, Sara held various positions including Associate Director of Development for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and Account Services Administrator at the same organization from July 1997 to September 2023. Earlier in their career, Sara worked as Assistant to the Dean in Student Services at Marycrest International University/Marycrest College from October 1993 to June 1997, focusing on new student orientation and residence life. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Iowa, completed in 1992.
