Previously, from January 2012 to January 2020, Eddie worked at Netsmart as a Managing Solutions Architect and Enterprise Solutions Architect, overseeing consulting solutions and leading a team of delivery analysts and consultants. Eddie also served as a Solutions Architect and Senior Delivery Consultant, implementing process improvements and integrated solutions for clients.
