Janelle currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at The University of Kansas Health System, a role they began in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Mosaic Life Care for a significant period of time, where they held various roles including Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development, Director of Education and Resource Center, Director of Outpatient Multi-Specialty Clinic, and Director of Cardiovascular Step Down. Following this, they completed an Associate of Science in Nursing degree at Johnson County Community College from 2000 to 2003. In 2008, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Finally, they pursued a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Nursing Administration at MidAmerica Nazarene University from 2009 to 2011.
