Starting their career at DaVita in 2004, Patrick worked as a Vascular Access Manager until 2010.
Patrick Smith, MBA, SHRM-SCP, completed their MBA in Business Administration from Baker University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned their BGS degree in Human Biology from The University of Kansas between 2001 and 2004.
