Chad Locklear

Chad Locklear has extensive experience in marketing, communications, and graphic design. Since April 2013, Chad has held various leadership roles at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, including Director of Marketing & Advancement Communications and GPAC Marketing Director, developing marketing plans and creating digital content. Concurrently, Chad has served as a Property Manager at LMHC since January 2011, overseeing rental properties and managing lease agreements and maintenance. Additionally, Chad is the Communications Director for the Lumbee Film Festival and has worked as a Lead Graphic Artist at Whole Foods Market, contributing to campaigns and promotional materials. Previous experience includes roles as a Graphic Designer at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Senior Designer at Fayetteville State University, and Graphic Artist at The Fayetteville Observer. Chad holds multiple degrees from esteemed universities, including a Master of Arts in Digital Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
