Tracy Mulvaney

Tracy Mulvaney currently serves as the Dean of the School of Education at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tracy was the Assistant Dean and Associate Professor at Monmouth University from July 2016 to January 2024, where leadership included accreditation efforts for the School of Education. Tracy's experience also encompasses roles such as Department Chair and Professor of Education at Central Arizona College, Director of Summit School for students with emotional disabilities, and Education Specialist at Mulvaney Consulting Group, focusing on independent living instruction for youth in foster care. Tracy holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northern Arizona University and multiple Master’s degrees in Special Education from the University of Arizona.
