Brownwyne Balun

Brownwyne Balun is an experienced educator and biology tutor currently serving at The University of Papua New Guinea, specializing in foundation biology courses since January 2022. Prior experience includes teaching Grade 11 Biology and Grade 10 Science at Badiahgwa Technical Secondary School from January 2018 to December 2021, where engaging lesson plans were developed to accommodate diverse learning styles. Brownwyne has also contributed to several ecological field research projects with Niugini Biodiversity & Ecosystem Auditors, participating in baseline surveys of various ecosystems and biodiversity assessments from 2017 to 2019. Brownwyne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Environmental Science, and Chemistry from Pacific Adventist University, completed between 2013 and 2017.
