Charlie Gilichibi

Charlie Gilichibi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Resident Director of PNG Registries Ltd and Chief Executive Officer of Comrade Trustee Services Limited since January 2020, Charlie oversees operations and strategic improvements within the financial and retirement sectors. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Nambawan Super Limited and Chief Officer Member Services at nasfund, where Charlie implemented major operational reforms and elevated customer service standards. An active contributor to governance and policy discussions, Charlie is a Council Member at The University of Papua New Guinea and the National Tripartite Consultative Council, representing the PNG Chamber of Commerce. Charlie’s educational credentials include advanced studies in Finance and Management from prominent institutions such as Harvard and Wharton, coupled with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Papua New Guinea.
