Anesha Jones holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Health Service Administration. Currently serving as the Director of Employment and Records at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center since September 2017, Anesha has also held roles such as Employment Compliance Manager and Human Resources Consultant within the same institution. Concurrently, Anesha is the Communications/Social Media Chair for the West Tennessee Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration since July 2018. Previous experience includes positions as a Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist at UHS and a Specialty Care Representative/HR Team Lead at Enclara Pharmacia, along with a role as a Pharmacy Technician Instructor at the National College of Business & Technology and as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens.
